Mark Simmons
CEO / President

Began his career alongside his mother, father and sisters in 1977 at Colorvision. “When I was 12 years old, I was already working at the stores with my parents.” From folding t-shirts on the family pool table preparing them for sale in the stores all the way to making cutouts for Heads on Bodies, he has tackled every aspect of this business. “During and after college, I started as a Sales Associate in our local Orlando retail stores, then moved up in the company through the Operations Department”. Ultimately, Mark moved all the way up to VP of Operations. After more than 10 years of Operations experience Mark took on a much bigger role in Colorvision as the Executive Vice President, overseeing every aspect of the Colorvision experience. As President, Mark will use his background and knowledge to achieve new heights in revolutionizing digital imaging, digital video products, and the delivery of those products into retail stores and homes around the globe.

Henry Tyson
Execute Vice President

Started his career in 1983 with Busch Entertainment Corporation in the merchandise department before becoming one of the charter management team for Fotozines Inc. Remained with Fotozines for 10 years developing it’s operational structure as National Operations Director. Added responsibilities include product development and licensing. Joined Colorvision International in 1994 to advance their product development through licensing efforts. Responsible for the marketing of all Colorvision products worldwide. This includes retail, event, and specialty markets. Since heavily involved in product development and licensing, Henry leverages this knowledge to drive Colorvision into new product creation and new market development. Graduate of Virginia Commonwealth.

Bryan Wilkins
Vice President Software Development

Bryan has been programming for over 30 years and is fluent in over 10 languages including C, C++, C# and Assembly. Bryan and his team of programmers are responsible for authoring, updating and developing all software programs deployed by Colorvision International Inc. In addition to all system programming, Bryan and his team maintain Colorvision’s POS system for cash handling and our communal photo sharing websites for all of our partners, as well as self service, touch-screen kiosks designed to interface with these systems at remote locations such as Walt Disney World’s Sports complex and the video system for Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and Cheetah Hunt roller coasters.

Kim Hall
Vice President - Operations

Having been with Colorvision Int'l Inc. since August of 1991, Kim has held every position in the operations field. Kim has extensive experience in opening new store locations, restructuring entire regions and districts, and overseeing every aspect of our retail operations nationwide. She has strong skills in developing and implementing programs for employee motivation, organization and operational efficiency for digital photography operations that include several large attraction destinations, such as Universal Studios, Disney World, Disneyland, Audubon Nature Institute, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Ripleys Believe It or Not.

Glen Vargas
Technical Support Manager

Glen’s responsibilities include managing and providing support to our customers and Tech Team, ordering of parts/equipment and on-site installation of our systems throughout the United States, Asia and the Middle East. Glen’s experience prior to joining Colorvision in November of 2004, has helped him succeed in his position. After graduating from Technical Careers Institute in New York City, NY, in 1978, he has worked in the electronics and computer field with Lanier Business Products and IBM. His management skills have enabled him to work successfully with teams of three to twenty technicians. At Colorvision, Glen and his team are ready and on-call for the maintenance and upkeep of all Colorvision network systems throughout the country and abroad.

James Guy
Creative Director

James joined Colorvision’s Art Department as a graphic designer in 2006 after graduating from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Visual Technology. Originally from Ipswich England, James has 9 years experience working in the graphic design field either in a marketing, freelance or web design capacity, primarily in the Washington DC area.

Richard R. Egan
Vice President of Retail Planning and Design

As head of the Retail Design Department, Richard has over 25 years diverse design and development experience relating to the specialized retail photo industry. Richard is responsible for concept design, theme development, retail planning, construction, and fixturing for all of Colorvision’ s retail stores and facilities. He works very close with architects and contractors to ensure the end result of a project meets everyone’s expectations. Richard has a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design.

Marilyn Lutz
Vice President of Administrative Services

After 7 years as Office Manager/Assistant Store Manager with a major Furniture Company, Marilynn left the furniture business to work with Colorvision to run the office and help with the local stores allowing her parents, Colorvision founders Dick and Sharon Simmons, the ability to focus on expanding the Colorvision retail locations to new markets. Besides learning everything possible about running a business with her parents, she also worked throughout the years with her sister and brother. With over 33 years with Colorvision, Marilynn handles multiple aspects of the business, including management, accounting, administration, and Landlords and Amusement concession accounting. She works with an outside CPA firm to satisfy all sound accounting principles with IRS and multiple state tax requirements. Marilynn also oversees Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Inventory, store accounting, Company assets, etc.

Dianne Tighe
Vice President Human Resources

As a daughter of the founders of Colorvision, Dianne has been with the company from the beginning, initially working in the first Colorvision stores and assisting in the development of the original Amazing Picture products. Since then she has worked all aspects of the family business including office administration, inventory, employee theft, screening applicants, customer service, guest issues, wholesale orders, making and packaging products, and payroll/benefits. Dianne discovered her passion for the legal field while earning her AA Degree, then took a few years away to be a mom and intern at two State Attorney’s Offices while earning her AS Degree as a Legal Assistant. After working in a law firm for 2 1/2 years she returned to Colorvision to establish the HR Department. Though continual education, seminars, and various legal resources, she trains and advises management on all employment matters, develops training tools and manuals and represents Colorvision in all employment legal matters. Dianne has been highly successful in solving employment issues and avoiding litigation on Colorvision's behalf.

Thom Feltz
Director of Business Development

Thom joined Colorvision in 2008 as the Director of Business development. Prior to Colorvision he gained valued experience in the fields of business development, corporate & strategic alliances and contract negotiations while in various leadership positions with Wyndham Worldwide, Caesars & Harrah’s Entertainment and The Sports Authority.
